Homestay Kuching Hotel

The Staff is so freaking friendly eventho we're check in at 12am in the middle of the night. The entire building is clean and smell good, dont have any smoking's scent! Excellentx100 job

Budget hotel in Kuching. When I arrived first room wasn't cleaned, 2nd room offered to me, card couldn't open door. 3rd room had double bed. Pillows cases were not clean so I had staff change. Tv didn't work. Wifi was strong. Bed mattress was very firm to hard, pillows slightly softer. Bathroom was ok size in relation to the bedroom. Second light in bathroom had been removed. Aircon was ok. Fan above bed initially worked but then it didn't. I messaged staff on whatsapp next day, and said that I think there was faulty wiring as it made strange noises when I turned fan dial. There was lift in hotel which was great as I was on fourth floor Cheap hotel but management needs to tidy up some areas in hotel. Cleaning staff need a rev up. Unfortunately the lady I spoke too when I arrived didn't seem too concerned when I said first two rooms were unacceptable. She said do you want a refund. Not very apologetic or concerned. Type of woman who shouldn't be at reception or managing guests. Parking out back of hotel for car.
